MHP launches district congresses in Erzurum and Ankara's Yenimahalle

The Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) has begun its district‑level congresses in eastern Turkey. Erzurum provincial chairman Adem Yurdagül announced a schedule that runs from 27 June to 19 July 2026, covering all 19 districts of the province. The programme stresses “unity and revival” and pledges that the reorganised local organisations will intensify on‑the‑ground activity under the leadership of party chief Devlet Bahçeli.

In the capital, the MHP Yenimahalle branch held its 12th ordinary congress on 6 June 2026. The meeting, attended by 423 delegates, featured speeches by party officials including Ankara provincial chairman Alparslan Doğan and Deputy Chairman Zühal Topçu. Party leader Devlet Bahçeli’s message was read, urging cohesion, loyalty to the leader and renewed focus on the party’s organisational work and future goals. The congress set new targets for the local branch and reinforced the party’s national strategy.
