Turkey's İŞKUR launches DABİS platform to guide students' education and career choices

The Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) has introduced the Danışman Bilgi Sistemi (DABİS), a digital platform that combines education and labour‑market data. The system provides users—students, parents, university applicants, graduates and guidance counselors—with up‑to‑date information on schools, study programmes, professions and current job‑market indicators, including graduate employment rates and sector distribution.

During the selection period İŞKUR set up information stalls across Denizli province where staff offer one‑to‑one advice and help users access DABİS via the İŞKUR mobile app or website. The service aims to reduce information gaps and enable more data‑driven career planning for young people in Turkey.
