Turkey's Privatization Administration to Sell Eight Parcels in Six Cities

The Turkish Privatization Administration (ÖİB) announced the sale of eight public land parcels located in six provinces: Ankara’s Polatlı district, Eskişehir’s Tepebaşı district, Istanbul’s Eyüpsultan, Sakarya’s Arifiye, Diyarbakır’s Ergani and Antalya’s Alanya. Bids for the Ankara and Eskişehir parcels must be submitted by 21 July 2026, for the Istanbul (two parcels), Sakarya and Diyarbakır parcels by 22 July, and for the Antalya parcel by 23 July. The parcels have reserve prices ranging from 7,500 TL to 25,000 TL, with temporary guarantees from 3.5 million TL to 20 million TL. The sales will be conducted by a negotiated‑tender process, using sealed bids followed by negotiations and, if necessary, an open auction. Interested participants may include individuals, corporations, joint‑venture groups, cooperatives, foundations, real‑estate investment funds and eligible associations, with payment options allowing partial upfront payment and the remainder financed over up to 48 months at 30 % simple annual interest.
