Turkey’s RTÜK chief Daniş slams Netanyahu’s attack on President Erdoğan

RTÜK Chairman Mehmet Daniş criticised Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s remarks aimed at Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, calling the statements a sign of desperation and describing Netanyahu as a “genocidal” figure responsible for crimes in Gaza. Daniş reminded audiences that the International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu over war crimes and crimes against humanity.

He stressed that Turkey will continue to defend the oppressed and act as “the voice of humanity’s conscience,” asserting that criticism of Erdoğan stems from discomfort with Turkey’s growing influence. Daniş pledged that under President Erdoğan, Turkey will persist in supporting justice and standing by the victims of conflict.
