TOKİ launches 20,000‑home open‑sale campaign in 64 Turkish provinces

Turkey’s Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) has opened an “Open Sale Campaign” covering 64 provinces. Approximately 20,000 social‑housing units – 2+1 and 3+1 apartments – will be offered for purchase.

Sales begin on 15 June 2026 and run until 17 July 2026. No income ceiling, residency requirement, or application fee applies. Eligible buyers must be Turkish citizens aged 18 or older who do not already own a home (or whose spouse does not). Each household may purchase only one unit.

Purchases are processed through Ziraat Bank and Halkbank. Buyers can choose one of three payment options: full cash purchase with a 25 % discount; 50 % down‑payment with a further 8 % discount and a 72‑month instalment plan; or a split down‑payment (25 % now, 25 % a year later) with up to 60 months of instalments. Prices start at 2.1 million TRY and monthly instalments begin at 18 000 TRY.

Some apartments are ready for immediate delivery; the remainder will be handed over within 48 months of contract signing. The largest allocations are in Bursa (≈2,190 units), Ankara (≈2,060), Hatay (≈1,240), Kahramanmaraş (≈1,073) and Malatya (1,000). TOKİ has set up information offices in several cities to assist applicants.
