Turkey's TOKİ launches 20,000‑home sale across 64 provinces

The State Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) announced a nationwide open‑sale campaign for roughly 20,000 residential units in 64 Turkish provinces. Sales run from 15 June to 17 July 2026, with applications handled by Halkbank and Ziraat Bank branches and online. Units are 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, priced from 2.1 million TL; monthly installments start at about 18 000 TL. Three payment options are offered: a cash purchase with a 25 % discount; 50 % down‑payment with a 72‑month term and an 8 % discount; or a split down‑payment with a 60‑month term and the same discount.

Eligibility requires Turkish citizenship, age 18+, no owned property for the applicant or spouse, and no prior TOKİ purchase; income or residence conditions are not imposed. The largest allocations are in Bursa (2,190 units), Ankara (2,062), Hatay (1,238), Kahramanmaraş (1,073) and Malatya (1,000).

In parallel, TOKİ will auction 343 land parcels in 45 cities on 24‑25 June, including a 19,898 m² plot in Afşin, Kahramanmaraş, priced at 32.8 million TL with a 25 % down‑payment and 48‑month financing. A separate no‑lottery sale of 61 homes in Elazığ’s Ağın, Arıcak and Baskil districts also begins on 15 June.
