Turkey's TOKİ launches massive land auction and housing sale campaign

Turkey's public housing agency, TOKİ, announced a June 2026 open‑auction of 686 parcels of land across 45 provinces, including 343 parcels offered by TOKİ itself and additional lots by İller Bankası and the Urban Transformation Directorate. The auction will run on 24‑25 June with options for cash payment, a 15 % discount for full‑cash buyers and extended payment terms of up to 48 months for certain parcels.

In a separate but related initiative, TOKİ began a nationwide housing sale on 15 June, offering about 20 000 new homes in 64 provinces. The programme features 2+1 and 3+1 apartments with no application fee, no lottery, and three payment models – a cash discount of 25 %, a 72‑month installment plan with a further 8 % discount, and a hybrid option with an initial 25 % down‑payment and the balance spread over up to 60 months. The largest allocation is in Bursa (2 190 units), followed by Ankara, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş and Malatya.
