Turkey's TOKİ rolls out nationwide housing auctions and new residential project

The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) will conduct an open‑auction sale on 17‑18 June 2025 for 554 parcels across 39 provinces. The auction includes three parcels in the Edremit district of Van Province. Bids can be placed in person at sites in Ankara and Istanbul or online, with a 25 % down‑payment and 24‑month financing option, or cash payment with a 20 % discount.

In parallel, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change announced a large‑scale housing scheme for middle‑income families covering about 20,000 units in 64 provinces. Example apartments in Ankara’s Sincan Yenipeçenek neighbourhood showcase seismic‑resistant construction, high‑grade insulation and 2+1 or 3+1 layouts. Prices start at roughly 2.1 million TRY, with monthly installments from 18 000 TRY, cash‑payment discounts of up to 25 %, and financing terms up to 72 months. Applications open on 15 June 2026 and run until July 2026.
