Turkey's Urban Transformation Presidency to auction 660 land plots

The Presidency of Urban Transformation (Kentsel Dönüşüm Başkanlığı) has announced the auction of 660 various plots of land across 24 Turkish provinces, including major cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir.

In Van, two specific properties are scheduled for sale on September 2, 2026. These include a 124-square-meter plot in the Edremit district with an estimated value of 400,000 TL, and a 2,756-square-meter plot in the İpekyolu district valued at 11.6 million TL.

Buyers can opt for a 24-month installment plan with a 25% down payment, or choose cash payments, which qualify for a 20% discount. Security deposit requirements vary based on the estimated value of the property, ranging from a minimum of 20,000 TL to a maximum of 20 million TL. Applications for these auctions can be submitted both in person and online.
