Pasifik Holding executives see asset measures lifted

Asset protection measures previously imposed on Pasifik Holding executives Fatih Erdoğan, Abdulkerim Fırat, and Mehmet Erdoğan have been lifted. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office decided to remove the restrictions following a re-evaluation of evidence.

The decision follows a Capital Markets Board (SPK) bulletin regarding Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (PASEU) shares, which noted that while a criminal complaint was filed regarding PASEU shares, the three Pasifik Holding executives were not included in that specific scope.

Pasifik Holding stated that its partners and subsidiaries have not engaged in any transactions contrary to capital markets legislation and have not performed any buy or sell operations with funds marketed to investors. The company noted that investigations by relevant institutions were focused on the concentration of PASEU shares within certain funds rather than illegal actions by the group's leadership.
