Turkish companies announce major solar, EV, and acquisition deals

Several Turkish companies have announced significant new business developments and contracts. CW Enerji, through its US subsidiary CW Energy USA, Inc., has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the sale of photovoltaic solar panels to a US-based customer. The projected business volume for this agreement is approximately $48.05 million, with shipments expected to be completed before December 4, 2026.

1000 Yatırımlar Holding has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Uber B.V. to develop the electric vehicle ecosystem in Turkey. The partnership aims to accelerate the modernization of the taxi sector and support the transition to electric vehicles by combining Uber’s technology with the operational expertise of 1000 Yatırımlar Holding and BinBin.

Additionally, Vanet Gıda announced the acquisition of all shares in DR Nar Gıda. The transfer was conducted at nominal value, with the final purchase price to be determined following a valuation report.
