Turkish corporations continue to report significant business developments in energy, technology, and industrial sectors.

In the energy sector, CW Enerji, via its US subsidiary CW Energy USA, Inc., signed a Letter of Intent for a solar panel sale to a US client valued at approximately $48.05 million, with shipments expected to be completed before December 4, 2026. In the transportation and technology space, 1000 Yatırımlar Holding entered a Memorandum of Understanding with Uber B.V. to develop an electric vehicle ecosystem and modernize the Turkish taxi sector by combining Uber’s technology with the expertise of 1000 Yatırımlar Holding and BinBin. Additionally, Vanet Gıda announced the acquisition of all shares in DR Nar Gıda at nominal value, pending a final valuation report.

Market activity has seen notable shifts and volatility. The BIST 100 index recently experienced a decline of 1.25 percent, closing at 14,050.56 points, though it showed signs of slight recovery in subsequent sessions.
