Turkish construction firms receive court rulings on concordato cases

The Istanbul Anadolu 3rd Commercial Court concluded the six‑year concordato process for Teknofor İnşaat Taahhüt Ltd., confirming that all scheduled payments were made, dismissing the court‑appointed trustee and closing the case under the Insolvency Law.

Separately, the Ankara 1st Commercial Court rejected Ulutaş İnşaat Elektrik Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd.'s request for concordato, lifting a previously imposed bankruptcy decision and terminating the legal effects of the concordato and related precautionary measures as of 7 November 2025.
