Later in the month, the courts broadened their activity. On July 24, the Gaziantep Commercial Court announced concordato decisions for 30 companies across textile, food, energy and construction sectors, setting temporary or final moratoriums and scheduling a creditors’ meeting for August 3. In Bursa, the 1st Commercial Court’s Concordato Commission issued notices to creditors of several firms and individuals, outlining claim submission deadlines and procedures for foreign‑currency claims.

The pattern shows an initial focus on concluding singular cases, followed by a sweep of new concordato rulings affecting dozens of firms in multiple regions and industries, highlighting the courts’ expanding role in restructuring distressed Turkish businesses.
