Turkish couple welcomes quadruplet girls following IVF treatment

A couple from the Kaş district of Antalya, Turkey, has welcomed quadruplet girls following IVF treatment. Durdali and Gamze Nur Çörüt, who already have a four-year-old daughter, sought medical assistance to conceive a second child after being unable to do so naturally.

Gamze Nur Çörüt gave birth to the four girls via surgery at Pamukkale University Hospital in Denizli on September 3. Following the birth, the infants required neonatal intensive care in incubators. One baby remained in intensive care for 21 days, while the other three remained for 28 days.

The family has since been reunited and the babies have been discharged from the hospital. The quadruplets have been named Dünya Eylem, Doğa Nur, Aylima Ülküm, and Aysima İlkem. The parents expressed both excitement and surprise regarding the unexpected outcome.
