Turkish courts announce judicial real estate auctions

Turkish judicial authorities have announced several real estate auctions to settle outstanding debts.

In Van, the 1st Civil Court of Peace Sales Office is auctioning a 4,631.90 m2 property in the İpekyolu district, Selimbey neighborhood. The property includes a 200 m2 house and a 26.58 m2 outbuilding, with an estimated value of 86,076,700.00 TL. The auction is scheduled to take place in late August and September 2026.

In Çanakkale, the Gelibolu Civil Court of Peace Sales Office is auctioning agricultural lands in the Sütlüce area. The first parcel consists of 5,157.80 m2 of irrigated agricultural land valued at 5,157,800.00 TL. A second parcel is also listed, noted for its sandy-loam soil and views of the Çanakkale Strait and the Çanakkale Strait Bridge. Auctions for these properties are slated for September and October 2026.
