Turkish MP Çiğdem Erdoğan welcomes Young Muslim Women Leaders in parliament

Turkey’s Women and Gender Equality Commission chair and AK Party MP Çiğdem Erdoğan met with participants of the "ALL Y for Future: Young Muslim Women Leadership Program" at the Grand National Assembly. She highlighted the joint project with UN Women and the Islamic Cooperation Organization aimed at increasing women’s participation in politics and business, noting that “leadership is not just a title but a responsibility to society.”

Erdoğan urged the young leaders to act as voices for justice on the international stage, especially in reference to the suffering in Gaza, and encouraged them to pursue excellence in education, technology, diplomacy and politics.
