Turkish municipalities accelerate village road asphalting projects
The Sinop Special Provincial Administration is strengthening the infrastructure of village roads and applying base layers and asphalt in several villages—including Kozcuğaz, Bayat, Abdaloğlu and Belören—as part of an uninterrupted program to improve safety and comfort for residents.
In the Aydın province town of Nazilli, municipal engineers have begun a full‑depth asphalt renewal on Turan Mahallesi’s 372 Sokak, replacing a deteriorated surface. The work is part of broader upgrades that also include water‑supply infrastructure, and the mayor highlighted the municipality’s improved fiscal discipline and commitment to delivering better public services.
Both projects are aimed at providing higher‑quality, safer road travel for local communities.
