Turkish municipalities announce public procurement for equipment and road works

The Üsküdar Municipality in Istanbul will conduct an open tender under Turkey’s Public Procurement Law (Law No. 4734) for 15 units of mechanized, acrylic‑fabric, telescopic shelters and related materials. Submissions must be made electronically through the EKAP system, with the tender opening scheduled for 14 July 2026.

The Güdül District of Ankara province has also issued an open tender for comprehensive road‑work construction, including full hot‑mix asphalt pavement layers. The contract calls for 6,000 tonnes of binder asphalt base and 22,000 tonnes of binder asphalt surfacing, to be delivered within 100 calendar days from handover. This tender is likewise administered via EKAP, with the opening set for 13 July 2026.

Both procurements require electronic bids, compliance with local vendor criteria, and submission of the required documentation and temporary guarantees as stipulated in the tender documents.
