The Bursa Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change is issuing an open tender on 6 July 2026 to replace the terrace wooden roof and carry out maintenance and repair work on its service building in the Osmangazi district. The awarded contractor must deliver the works within 90 calendar days after hand‑over, with the lowest‑priced bid selected.
Çubuk Municipality has launched an open tender on 13 July 2026 for the third phase of the Söğütözü Bicycle and Pedestrian Path project. The aim is to create a new cycling and walking route in the Söğütözü area. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the EKAP platform, only from local firms, and will be evaluated solely on price. The contractor is required to complete construction within 120 calendar days after receiving the site.
