Turkish towns finish road paving and new civic centre projects

Mersin Metropolitan Municipality completed a 3.5‑kilometre double‑layer asphalt road linking the Güzeloluk and Kuşluca neighbourhoods in Erdemli, improving safety and transport for agricultural producers.

Ordu Metropolitan Municipality began a 4.1‑kilometre asphalt resurfacing on the route to Çiseli Şelalesi, aiming to provide a more comfortable and dust‑free access for residents and visitors to the waterfall.

In Soma, Manisa Metropolitan Municipality and Soma Municipality laid the foundation stone for the Ferdi Zeyrek Kent Meydanı and underground parking project. The development, costing over 100 million lira, will include a 100‑vehicle underground car park and a modern public square, addressing long‑standing parking shortages and providing a new social venue for the district.
