Turkish municipalities initiate local road infrastructure projects

Local municipalities in Turkey are advancing various infrastructure projects focused on road construction and renewal.

In Çatalağzı, Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) Kilimli District President Atakan Örer and Çatalağzı Mayor Yavuz Palabaş inspected ongoing road works in the Güney neighborhood. Örer emphasized the importance of field-based municipal services and the MHP’s ‘Productive Municipalism’ approach, noting that services should be demonstrated through tangible works rather than just words.

In Nazilli, Mayor Dr. Ertuğrul Tetik announced that road renewal works will begin in the Çapahasan neighborhood. The project targets five specific streets—873, 875, 877, 879, and 881—to address long-standing resident demands. The initiative aims to improve transportation safety and comfort through modern road surfaces.
