Kocaeli’s Darıca district is completing a major overhaul of Dutluk Street, laying over 5,100 t of PMT material, 2,400 t of binder asphalt and installing new drainage, lighting and concrete sidewalks. In Kayseri, the Kartal Katlı Kavşağı and the DSİ‑Yeni Sanayi Katlı Kavşağı projects, financed by the World Bank and İller Bank, are approaching final stages, with piling works 75 % finished and traffic flow expected to improve by year‑end. Beylikdüzü district in Istanbul reports the renewal of thousands of metres of road, adding 4,594 t of asphalt, over 10,000 m² of pavement and new storm‑water channels. Bodrum municipality finished upper‑structure works on Bergamut and Derviş Görgün streets, completing hot‑mix asphalt, sidewalks, curbs and street lighting. Balıkesir’s Manyas‑Susurluk link road received an 11‑km, 7‑m‑wide sathi‑coating resurfacing to extend its service life. Kocaeli also began redesigning Başyiğit Caddesi in Başiskele, widening the road, adding flood‑mitigation drainage, parking bays and upgraded intersections. Across the projects, local authorities stress enhanced safety, smoother traffic and modernised urban infrastructure.
