Turkish nationalist party MHP speeds up district congress schedule ahead of 2027 Grand Congress

The Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi (MHP) is intensifying its district congress programme in Ankara and Istanbul. Weekend meetings will be held on 6‑7 July in Ankara districts Yenimahalle, Beypazarı, Çubuk, Gölbaşı and on 7‑8 July in Etimesgut, Pursaklar, Keçiören, Mamak, while Istanbul will host congresses in Eyüpsultan, Esenler, Beykoz and Maltepe. Senior party figures, including several MHP deputy chairs such as Zuhal Topçu, Ahmet Selim Yurdakul and Feti Yıldız, are scheduled to attend.

The events are organised under the theme “Kardeşlik Kalbimizde, Gelecek Aklımızda” and lead toward the party’s 15th Ordinary Grand Congress, planned for 7 March 2027 under leader Devlet Bahçeli.
