Turkish police seize synthetic drugs in Kırıkkale and educate 7,000 people in anti‑drug program
Police units of the Kırıkkale Provincial Directorate of Security, acting with the Public Prosecutor's Office, conducted a drug operation that uncovered 142 items of synthetic narcotics and seized cash worth about 3,600 Turkish lira. Two suspects, identified as Y. E. B. and E. A. U., were taken into custody; E. A. U. was later ordered by a court to be detained.
In Erzincan, the provincial police narcotics division carried out a series of Narkorehber and Narkonokta outreach activities across the city centre and district facilities. The program provided drug‑prevention education to 7,288 participants, distributed informational brochures, and involved local institutions such as the municipality, prisons, hospitals, and the education directorate.
