Turkish public entities announce real estate leasing tenders

Various Turkish public entities have announced upcoming real estate leasing tenders under the State Tender Law No. 2886.

The Istanbul Foundations 1st Regional Directorate is offering a 62.50 m² property in the Fatih district, specifically in the Küçük Ayasofya neighborhood, for a 30-year lease. The property is designated for pension/boarding house use. The tender involves a two-year construction or repair period followed by 28 years of operation. The estimated total cost for the construction and initial rent is approximately 4,488,235.00 TL.

Additionally, the Dikili Municipality in Izmir has scheduled multiple property auctions for August 20, 2026. These tenders include various shops, coffeehouses, and land plots across the İsmetpaşa, Deliktaş, Kabakum, and Çandarlı neighborhoods. Lease terms for these properties range from 5 to 10 years, with monthly rents varying based on the specific lot and intended use.
