Turkish Road Agency launches tenders for avalanche barrier and quarry services

The General Directorate of Highways (Karayolları) announced two public procurement notices under the 4734 Public Procurement Law. The first tender, identified as tender number 2026/11244781, calls for the construction of an avalanche barrier within the jurisdiction of the 18th Regional Directorate, covering the Kars province border area. Submissions are also to be made through EKAP, with work slated to start on 1 September 2026 and conclude by 21 August 2027.
