Turkish summer festivals draw crowds in Gökçebey and Konya

The Gökçebey Yaz Festival featured a concert by the Mithat Çanakçı Turkish Folk Music Choir, attracting a large audience of citizens and local officials. On the fifth day of the Konya Culture Road Festival, singer‑actor Özcan Deniz performed on Kılıçarslan City Square, playing hits like “Zorun Ne Benle” and “Derin Duygular.” The concert filled the square with applause, and the broader festival continued to offer exhibitions, talks, traditional‑art workshops, children's activities, and gastronomy stops across the city.
