Italian amateur football clubs gear up for final registrations and ripescaggi

Around 20 amateur football clubs in the Vicenza province have already submitted their registration papers, with a final week of sign‑ups scheduled before the league authorities issue definitive decisions from July 20. The regional federation will confirm which teams will compete in the upcoming season and which will be promoted to higher divisions.

The FIGC regional committee plans to release an official statement next week outlining new ripescaggi (re‑entries) for clubs that missed initial registration or are affected by withdrawals, mergers or failed enrollments. Deadlines are set for 17 July for the Eccellenza and Promozione levels, 24 July for Prima Categoria and 31 July for Seconda Categoria. Clubs such as Manciano‑Marsiliana, Sticciano and Capalbio are mentioned as likely candidates for ripescaggi in their respective tiers.
