Tuzi Firefighters Prevent Blaze Near Romani Settlement

Firefighters from the Tuzi municipality intervened quickly to stop a fire that threatened a Romani settlement near Milješ. Acting commander Redžep Čunmuljaj said the crew arrived in time, preventing any material damage: “Intervenisali smo i u Dušićima, i u Vladnama, ali smo stigli na vrijeme. Nije bilo materijalne štete.” The incident prompted a police call, and Čunmuljaj urged residents not to light open fires, adding, “Ako treba da se pali treba da nas kontaktiraju…”. No injuries were reported, and the fire was contained without harm to the settlement.
