TVI launches new Saturday program amid declining ratings for ‘Roda da Sorte’

TVI is launching a new six-hour Saturday program titled ‘Fora do Baralho’, presented by Manuel Luís Goucha and João Patrício. During a preview on the program ‘Dois às 10’, Goucha humorously recalled past professional friction with Patrício regarding workplace hierarchies, noting that the duo now shares an on-screen dynamic despite previous disagreements.

In contrast to this new launch, the game show ‘Roda da Sorte’ experienced a decline in viewership. On Friday, September 25, the program recorded its lowest performance since its debut, achieving a 4.6% rating and a 12.5% share, with approximately 452,300 viewers. This placed TVI in third place for the 7:00 PM time slot, behind RTP1’s ‘O Preço Certo’ and SIC’s ‘Casados à Primeira Vista’.
