Two children injured in severe e‑scooter crash in Sofia’s Boyana district

A serious accident involving an electric scooter occurred in the Boyana district of Sofia on Thursday afternoon. Two children were riding together on the scooter when it lost control and fell, prompting an emergency call at 13:51. Both were rushed by ambulance to the University Hospital "N. I. Pirogov".

One child suffered a severe traumatic brain injury and was transferred to the pediatric intensive care unit for continuous monitoring. The second child sustained a broken clavicle and multiple bruises and remains under medical observation.
