Bistra, Alba County, plans drinking water network expansion
In the Bistra commune of Alba County, authorities are moving forward with an infrastructure project to expand the drinking water network. The project aims to modernize the system following the replacement of the old Câmpeni–Baia de Arieș pipeline.
The expansion will cover several areas, including Bistra, Dealul Muntelui, Gănești, and Gârde. The initiative involves installing approximately 4.15 kilometers of new piping and 98 connections to ensure continuous 24-hour access to potable water. The project is currently in the environmental agreement application stage.
