A 24‑year‑old man, Brandon Daniel S. P., has been formally charged with aggravated rape, aggravated injuries and other sexual offenses against a five‑month‑old victim in Ciudad Juárez. The alleged crimes occurred between July 1 and July 23, 2026, in a residence in the Vicente Guerrero neighborhood. A judge ordered his arrest and imposed preventive detention for up to four months pending further investigation.

In a separate case, Oscar Osvaldo C. A. was linked to a process for aggravated rape of a 14‑year‑old in Ciudad Juárez. The offenses took place from June 2 to June 6 inside a pickup truck parked near a secondary school in the Parajes de San José colonia.
