Missing Russian siblings in Thailand: police issue arrest warrants for two suspects
Thai police are searching for Russian tourists Diana Nazimova, 22, and her brother Roman Nazimova, 17, who vanished on 26 July in Chonburi province. Their Honda ADV‑150 motorcycle was later discovered dismantled and buried in an old cemetery near Thung Luang. Hundreds of officers, tourist police and local volunteers have been deployed, using sniffer dogs and extensive ground searches.
Arrest warrants have been issued for two men known locally as Pong (identified as 43‑year‑old Tana) and Thong (identified as 39‑year‑old Thongchai). Additional detentions include two suspects, Suea Hoy and Phang, who are alleged to have helped dig the burial pit and assisted the primary suspects in evading a police cordon. Police also raided a house in Huay Yai subdistrict based on tips, but the two men were not found. The investigation remains ongoing and the siblings have not been located.
