Typhoon Narra is causing widespread disruption across southern China and northern Vietnam. Meteorologists note a rare situation in the South China Sea and Northwest Pacific, with three tropical systems—Narra, Gaenari, and Saudel—active simultaneously. This combination increases the risk of landslides, urban flooding, and dangerous maritime conditions across the region.
