UACJ receives specialized software licenses for accounting and tourism programs
The Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) and Conafi have partnered to provide specialized software licenses to enhance the academic and professional skills of university students. Through this collaboration, 400 licenses for the Accounting program and 50 for the Tourism program—both part of the Instituto de Ciencias Sociales y Administración (ICSA)—will be donated.
The accounting licenses for the CONTPAQi software, valued at approximately 2.616 million pesos, will also support students in Economics, Administration, Finance, and Tourism. These tools will be utilized in computer centers at both the ICSA and Ciudad Universitaria campuses, benefiting over 2,800 students. The initiative aims to prepare students for the labor market by ensuring they are proficient with the primary technological tools used in their respective industries.
