UAE Cyber Security Council and etisalat launch Discovery Secure platform

The UAE Cyber Security Council (CSC) and etisalat UAE have collaborated to develop Discovery Secure, a centralized platform designed to manage the visibility and governance of cyber threat intelligence.

Currently in the proof-of-concept phase, the platform is designed, developed, and hosted within the UAE. It aims to provide a national-level security radar service that transforms raw threat data into structured, actionable insights. The system is intended to offer authorized users visibility into emerging trends, risks, and threats while supporting investigation and assessment workflows within a secure, role-governed environment.

Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government, stated that the initiative focuses on turning relevant information into a clear understanding of risk through appropriate controls for access and accountability. The platform seeks to strengthen threat visibility and support informed decision-making while maintaining strict requirements for security, privacy, and data governance.
