UAE emirates advance AI integration in business and digital services

The Ajman Chamber has launched a new “Smart COO Agentic AI” service designed to automate certificate-of-origin applications. The service reduces the processing time to under three minutes and requires only four clicks, a significant improvement from the previous standard issuance time of seven minutes. This initiative is part of a broader effort in the emirate to integrate autonomous AI into business and government transactions to improve data accuracy and compliance.

In Dubai, digital innovation efforts have expanded with the conclusion of the third Create Apps Championship, which received 9,754 entries from 153 countries. Organized by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, the competition aims to turn app prototypes into scalable businesses. Additionally, Dubai has launched the AI Agents Championship to encourage global innovators to develop practical artificial intelligence solutions that enhance the efficiency of public services.
