UAE weather forecast: Heat, fog, and potential rain

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued weather warnings for the United Arab Emirates, forecasting high temperatures, potential rainfall, and reduced visibility due to fog.

Temperatures are expected to reach up to 46°C in internal regions, while coastal and island areas will see highs between 37°C and 42°C. In the eastern and southern parts of the country, convective clouds may develop during the afternoon, potentially bringing rainfall to areas such as Fujairah.

Humidity is projected to rise to 90% on Friday night and Saturday morning, particularly in coastal and internal areas. This high humidity is expected to cause mist or fog in major cities like Abu Dhabi and Dubai, prompting warnings for motorists to drive cautiously due to reduced horizontal visibility. Additionally, winds reaching speeds of up to 45 km/h may cause blowing dust in internal regions.
