UAEMéx hosts 2026 employment and internship fair

The Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEMéx) held its 2026 University Employment, Internship, and Social Service Fair in Toluca. The event connected more than 1,300 students and graduates with 110 companies, institutions, and organizations from the public, private, and social sectors.

Organized by the Secretariat of Linkage, Extension, and Employability Promotion, the fair provided various professional development paths. This included 698 opportunities for professional internships or stays and 506 spaces for social service. Sandra Alejandra Garduño Romero, Director of Linkage and Employability Promotion, stated that the initiative aligns with the university's 2025-2029 Institutional Development Rector Plan to boost professional development and labor market insertion.
