Ubatuba advances diagnostic stage for 2026–2036 Education Plan

The Management Commission of the Municipal Education Plan (PME) of Ubatuba held a meeting at the Virtual University of the State of São Paulo (UNIVESP) to align the work schedule for the development of the PME 2026–2036.

The meeting focused on organizing an educational diagnosis and integrating activities between the Management and Technical Commissions. Guided by training from the Ministry of Education (MEC), the process will involve strategic planning and an evaluation of the current plan to identify municipal education challenges. The survey will collect data on student access, retention, learning, inclusion, professional appreciation, and teaching conditions.

The data collection phase is expected to conclude by the end of October. In November, the commission will move toward consolidating the diagnosis and analyzing the causes of identified challenges to establish priorities for the next decade.
