Ubatuba launches 26th Education Week focused on resilience

The Secretaria de Educação of Ubatuba is holding the 26th Education Week from Monday, 27 October through Wednesday, 29 October. The program’s theme is “Resiliência: Cultura, História e Memória”.

Events include lectures, round‑table discussions, musical and cultural performances, and training workshops aimed at nearly 5 000 participants such as supervisors, teachers, coordinators, early‑childhood agents and municipal staff. Organisers expect about 1 600 attendees daily, totalling roughly 4 800 spectators. Activities take place at the Teatro Municipal Pedro Paulo Teixeira Pinto, Praça Exaltação da Santa Cruz and the Igreja Videira.

Key speakers and contributors feature Caio Callegari, coordinator‑general of Educational Equity at the Ministry of Education, sociologist Cesar Callegari, entrepreneur Erik Penna, the SAMU medical‑emergency team, game designer Rennan Gonçalves, Dr. Marcela Pellegrino Rodrigues, psychopedagogue Flávia Varallo and educator Ton Ferreira. The schedule also includes performances by the Banda Lira and the Projeto Vem Dançar.
