UBSI opens campuses in Cibitung and Cikampek for nearby digital education

Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) has opened two new campuses – one in Cibitung, Bekasi, and another in Cikampek, Karawang – to provide students with a quality university option close to home. Both sites are positioned as "digital creative" campuses, holding an Unggul accreditation and offering practice‑oriented curricula that align with industry needs. Programs include Systems Information, Information Technology, Informatics, Management, Communication, and Accounting, with flexible schedules such as regular morning, evening, and weekend classes.

The campuses emphasize project‑based learning, internships, workshops and collaborations with industry partners to ensure graduates are ready for the digital workforce. Campus director Nurul Ichsan said, "We want students not only to graduate with good grades but also with real competence, experience, and job readiness." The initiative aims to reduce travel time and costs for students from Bekasi, Karawang and surrounding areas while maintaining academic standards.
