UFFS offers 261 undergraduate vacancies for immigrants

The Federal University of Southern Border (UFFS) has launched a special selection process through the Pró-Imigrante program, offering 261 undergraduate vacancies for immigrants residing in Brazil. These opportunities are intended for enrollment in the first and second semesters of 2027.

The vacancies are distributed across campuses in Chapecó, Cerro Largo, Erechim, Laranjeiras do Sul, and Realeza, covering states such as Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul, and Paraná. Available fields of study include Administration, Agronomy, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, Pedagogy, Biological Sciences, History, Geography, Philosophy, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Languages.

Applications must be submitted online between September 1 and October 23, 2026. The selection process will not use Enem scores; instead, it will consist of a written memorial and a video conference interview. Eligible candidates must have educational backgrounds equivalent to Brazilian high school, with specific documentation requirements for those who completed studies abroad.
