UK courts process cases involving illegal images of children

Two separate cases involving the possession of indecent images of children have been processed in UK courts.

In Castletown, 59-year-old Warren Clark received a 12-month custodial sentence, suspended for two years, after admitting to 10 offences. Police seized electronic devices containing 551 illegal images, including various categories of severity and 520 prohibited non-photographic depictions. Clark claimed the devices were obtained during his previous employment at a recycling company.

On the Isle of Wight, 26-year-old Logan Robinson pleaded guilty to four charges of making pornographic photos of children. The offences occurred approximately 50 days after Robinson was handed a suspended sentence for similar crimes involving the possession and distribution of indecent images and extreme pornography. Following the discovery of 135 images of varying categories via a phone monitoring system, the case has been sent to Crown Court.
