UK Gambling Commission fines L&L Europe £900,000
The UK Gambling Commission has announced a regulatory settlement requiring L&L Europe Limited to pay £900,000 (approximately US$1.2 million) following investigations into its operations between October 2024 and October 2025. The company, which manages seven online gaming platforms including All British Casino, CasinoCasino, and Hyper Casino, was found to have breached regulations regarding fund withdrawals, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and responsible gambling obligations.
Key findings included unfair withdrawal conditions that violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Specifically, the operator restricted users to one withdrawal request at a time and implemented manual reviews that caused unnecessary delays. Additionally, the investigation identified deficiencies in AML and counter-terrorist financing mechanisms, noting that the company relied on economic thresholds rather than individual risk-based assessments.
