UK MP Rupert Lowe's Report Claims 250,000 Girls Victimized by Pakistani‑Heritage Grooming Gangs

British Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe released a privately funded 219‑page inquiry that alleges at least 250,000 young white British girls were sexually abused by organised grooming gangs of predominantly Pakistani‑heritage men between 1950 and 2025. The report states that the abuse included repeated rape, gang rape, trafficking, torture, pregnancy, forced conversion and other severe trauma, and that one year alone saw almost 19,000 identified victims in England. It accuses UK police, social services, schools, the NHS and politicians of systematic failure and political correctness that allowed the crimes to continue, and specifically names former Director of Public Prosecutions Keir Starmer for lenient treatment of suspected offenders.

The inquiry calls for measures such as mandatory recording of offender ethnicity, deportation of foreign‑national convicts, loss of citizenship for dual nationals and the reinstatement of the death penalty for the most heinous cases. Lowe says he will pursue private prosecutions and civil litigation to ensure accountability, while warning that the target list of perpetrators continues to grow.
