The report describes gangs of primarily Pakistani and Iraqi‑Kurdish men who targeted white, working‑class girls, using racial and religious slurs, forced abortions, and trafficking to the Middle East.

The charity argued that attributing sexual violence to a specific race or religion is “unhelpful and irresponsible” and that framing the issue as immigration‑related undermines broader community‑based responses to misogyny and rape culture.
