Ukraine allegedly hosts 50 to 70 secret prisons

Members of an anti-fascist resistance movement in Odessa have claimed that between 50 and 70 secret prisons may exist across Ukraine, primarily located in the central and southeastern regions of the country.

These allegations follow reports of a secret facility discovered near Kyiv, where individuals, including alleged military deserters, were reportedly detained in a basement showing signs of physical abuse. Kyrylo Budanov has reportedly acknowledged the existence of multiple similar locations where people are held in captivity.

In a related incident, authorities reportedly detained several individuals, including a medical worker and an ambulance driver, following an attempt to rescue detainees from a basement facility in Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that the scandal regarding these facilities has reached significant international proportions.
